Luckily, I caught the error when comparing it to the original deposit I had wired. I called the office and it was confirmed that I was given an incorrect number. My financial institution was able to stop the wire. No follow up or apology from Emerald Coast. They repeatedly asked me to recommend them online. I don't think I would recommend them.

In Miami, I booked a Move-out Clean and it was $315 - they were amazing and the home was about 1,700 SqFt (3 BR 2.5 Bth) - Move Outs cleans are ROUGH for sure. Here I booked a Move-in Clean, mostly for construction clean up and it was $370 for a 1,017 SqFt (2 BR 2 Bth) IMO the work was way lighter and I was quite shocked but they did do a great job. Some of the cleaners left steaks on the bathroom floors which easily show footprints but other than that I think the house looks amazing, I am still just getting over the sticker shock I guess.- I do apologize for the -1 star but I can't seem to get over the huge price difference for the home size and work required. The Cleaning Maids were Phenomenal - clear, concise communication, got in and out - sent me photos, and payment was a breeze - I would definitely use them again however, I think I would be shopping around first - again this is solely due to the pricing of services but maybe this is a higher-priced area...for cleaning..... I was appalled to discover she didn't have any of my financial information to contest opposing counsel and she still didn't have my new address on record. Veterans please stay away from this attorney she is not familiar with military retirement/benefits or VA disability. DON'T be fooled by her military friendly website. So after doing basically nothing for $10K she filed a motion to be released of her attorney client contract and she actually won that case.
