He took a pic, sent it to me (we live in Boise-two hours away...) and I immediately fell in love with it!! It was PERFECT!!! He bought it...tried to fit it in the car-wouldn't fit...took the piece that had come off the top to show me and was told he could come back and pick it up with a different car. This store called him yesterday after he was already on his way back to Baker City (2 hour drive, remember?) and had taken the day off from work to say they had "mistakenly" sold it to him, that it had already been sold to someone else...!?!?! WHAT?!!??!? He had the receipt!!! He paid what the price said!! There was NO sold sign on it!!!! When he got to the store they tried to give him $50 to just walk away and when he refused full well knowing that there was something else going on, they tried to say he was an extortionist and that HE WAS IN THE WRONG!!!!! What kind of business does this??? I will NEVER shop here again!!! And I will tell everyone I know to do the same!! Unbelievable business practices... AND, I still don't have my mirror....:-(. I'm not an Oregon resident, but I was in Baker for work, and was at the tail-end of my trip, traveling home the following day. My mind was all over the place, but the office staff was friendly, professional and efficient, which made me feel more at ease. They offered to send the records of my visit to my primary care doctor back home, as well as my eye doctor. Something I wouldn't have thought of until later. My visit was with Dr. Elms, who is calm, warm and knowledgable. She made me feel very comfortable, as well as confident in her shingles expertise. I felt looked after like a mother would her child, she showed genuine care and concern. She told me about how the nerves ran, and she cautioned me about how things could progress and worsen, and what to watch out for in the coming days. She took her time and answered all my questions, which I truly appreciated. I've never felt more cared for by a doctor in my life. Thank you Baker Vision, and thank you SO MUCH Dr. Elms.

Nestled in beautiful Sumpter, the Nug' is a great stop for a scenic day trip. Manager Rex has a good handle on the employees; most everyone seems happy to help find product and answer questions! His customer service is some of the best I've ever interacted with. Their product selection is fair, and there are several ways to add discounts to your basket.
