I took my toddler to him, and the care, patience, and expertise he showed were truly outstanding. For myself, I was under the care of Dr. Auda, and I cannot thank him enough. At a time when my husband was laid off and I was struggling with anxiety, Dr. Auda not only listened carefully to everything I was going through but provided the best support and treatment I could have asked for. I honestly wish every city had a 24/7 primary care model like Baker Health. I called to schedule an appointment for my three year old son who had been sick for a couple of days and needed to see a pediatrician. The staff was very accommodating, friendly, caring and compassionate. They were able to give us a same day appointment, texted us all the registration documents to be filled out prior to the appointment so we didn't have to sit at the office to complete it and I was able to pay my copay online. When we arrived, the check in process went very smooth, they took us to the examination room right away, the medical assistant took his vital signs, Dr. Baker took great care of my son, ordered all the necessary testing and gave me a plan of treatment so my son would get better and he definitely did! By the second day I noticed an improvement. Without any doubt, I highly recommend Dr. Baker and his team!!! read more

I consider myself lucky to be a member at Baker Health and feel secure knowing at any given time I have the doctors and team there for me (literally at 3:00 am when I have an emergency question). The value of your health is so much more than the annual membership fee and makes it more than worth it. The experiences are always seamless, fast and professional. All team members are friendly and prompt with assisting you with whatever you may need. I tell all my friends and coworkers about this place. We could not be more appreciative of the folks at Baker Pediatric. My 4 year old catches every germ out there while at pre school, and we are always able to be seen promptly, greeted with smiles and sent home with confidence that she's been well taken care of. Dr Baker and his entire staff have an incredible bed side manner, my daughter actually likes going there. All questions are answered with patience and understanding, and through the app they offer I can ask questions and make appointments anytime of day with near immediate response. this doctor's office is nothing like your regular offices. there was no wait time, the experience was exceptional. the doctor listened to me thoroughly and helped me book a dermatology appoinment within days. i also needed an injection bc my face swells from allergies and they gave me an injection with such ease and care. i definitely recommend everyone who values their care to come to Baker Health. read more
