It takes a week for underwriters to review what has been issued them from morgage company. I should add a week each time. I am losing money everyday while they sit and do nothing. They have put me in a very financial hard ship. I was selling this house to buy some land. I was told it was closing back before Nov 10th. I put money down on property, which i was to pay it off 3 weeks ago. It did not close and still hasnt. At the time of writing this Dec 6th, i have lost $17,446 do to their neglegence on doing their job.And am still being told it will be another week. More money lost and over 60 days to close. Do not use this company for anything.
