I thought something was wrong with my account. Maybe she was busy and still thinking about the last customer she helped. I noticed the line for ATM was longer than inside the branch. The customers were much younger than at VA Medical Center where both locations veterans visit. I can't say if I would return because they made sure all customers use online banking all the time.
