If I could give a negative number, I would. I don't like giving negative reviews and prefer to…read moregive everyone the benefits of the doubt. Sadly, this group just did not deliver on what they were paid to do. They are very condescending to their clients, acting as if they hold the golden grail. I went to them needing help. I did most of what they asked me to do. I'm new to this. I don't know how it works and had many questions. Their response was not helpful. They'd respond with "didn't I already tell you this" thus challenging my intellect of not understanding this process. I think it was my gut that something wasn't right. Sadly, they blamed their inability to deliver on COVID. Instead of updates on my specific credit issues, they'd email random information about "What information is on my credit report", "what are credit bureaus", "raise your credit score fast". These were emails that could be purchased - like an industry newsletter to be shared with those in their database. I wanted results, not random emails! BTW, I am a college graduate from a Big 10 university and a big dummy. Here is the timeline - started working with them over the summer of 2020. Today, the end of January 2021, I never saw any items removed, which means they didn't improve my credit report! Proceed at your own risk. These are not the good guys! I have receipts!
