He called to check in with me, and informed me that the place USAA or Agero had selected to send my car was a tire shop that was closed for the day. He informed me that there was a small repair shop actually within the parking lot, or if I wanted to get service that was covered by my car warranty, I should ask USAA and Agero to change my towing location to the Valley Hi Kia dealership, and that they lock the gates at night (it was 6pm), so I should schedule the tow for the morning.
