I experienced every Tesla owner's nightmare. While driving home from Las Vegas through the middle of the desert, with outside temperatures reaching 110°F, my low tire pressure warning suddenly started flashing as the PSI rapidly dropped. Fortunately, I was able to make it to a gas station in Baker, and by the time I parked, the tire pressure had fallen to zero. A quick Yelp search led me to Pancho Mobile Tire Repair. I called, and they had a technician out to me within 30 minutes. The repair took about 20 minutes, the price was very reasonable, and I was back on the road in no time. Got a flat 2 miles out of baker on my way home from Cali on a Sunday afternoon. I have run flats and no spare. Pancho's was the second shop I called in town to see if they had a tire for me, they did. They were kind and worked quick however there were no other customers and no need to rush in a manner that scratched my rim. So on top of over paying for a cheap tire that fit but isn't compatible with my bmw, I now have to pay another couple hundred to get the rim fixed. I do recommend them however be sure to tell them to be more careful because scratching the rim is absolutely avoidable. read more

Driving through Vegas i got a screw in my tire. Stopped by several big tire shops in Henderson and Vegas to see if they'll patch it, some wanted me to wait for two hours and others wanted to sell me a new tire. I decided to roll the dice and drive on it. Once I got outside of Primm I started to loose tire pressure, pulled over put the donut on in 110 degree weather and was going to limp it home. While driving I searched for tires shop in Baker, Panchos Tire shop popped up and I called. The young lady that answered was extremely friendly and helpful. I drove up to the shop and immediately was helped and I told them what I needed. They patched it up in 15 minutes and off I went. had a tire go down and had AAA tow my gf and I to this location. Was so glad they had the correct size 20" tire. They were able to mount the new tire and the cost given it was an entire tire was actually quite reasonable. Our car then ended up not being able to start (because we had our emergency flashers on way too long probably) and they even helped us jump start the car after they spent 10 minutes with me trying to figure out how to jump start it (plug in hybrid with a weird location for the jump start terminal). Out of all the 24 hr tire shops that were closed midweek we found Pancho's. He took about 15-20 mins to replace the tire & he also checked and put air in the tires. Pancho's was a lifesaver! Two FL girls on a road trip to CA got 2 flat tires in the middle of the Mojave National Preserve and AAA wouldn't come out to our location. Every single tire shop was closed and I was in the middle of the desert. The owner (and/or employees) live nearby and within minutes arrive in their truck to assist. They are available 24 hours. I called them and they immediately came to my location at a nearby gas station and replaced my tire. No nonsense, hard workers. Friday afternoon on July 21,2024, My son got a flat tire on his Mercedes Benz which now the new ones do not come with a spare tire. he was stuck on the side of the freeway going North on the I15 to Vegas. I called and they helped him unbelievable they had a tire his size they went out to him with in 30 minutes or maybe even less then that and changed his tire on the spot. They where very understanding and knew I needed them since I live in Missouri and having my son stuck on the side of the freeway on a busy weekend they where there FAST!!! He said 45 minutes and he arrived on time. Going back to San Diego from Vegas, our front passenger tire got shredded along I-15, 25 miles to Baker. When I gave him the tire size we needed, I gave him the back tire size of our Mercedes E350. He asked do you need the back or the front tires? I told him the front and he said Mercedes usually have a different size front tire than the back. This guy knows his trade! read more

This company is the absolute best!!!!!! Went above and beyond with their service, responsiveness, and everything else!!! I was towing a trailer and my tire blew out on it only an hour away from my destination. I called every shop near baker and Barstow, and panchos was the only one who could show up and not charge outrageous fees. Every other shop in town would not do a mobile tire change, and would require a tow, which would've cost me upwards of $600!
