This meant no flowers had been ordered for her casket. I called Rodney's in tears very late in the day. They could have said no- and I would have completely understood. They said yes- they were gentle and kind as this stranger sobbed on the phone, and the next day, when we/the family arrived at 11:30 a.m., there were beautiful flowers for my mom. This went beyond good customer service- this was compassion in action, and I will never forget it and will forever be grateful.
