However, I still wanted something elegant and memorable for the rest of my life. So I decided to get the cabanas instead of a tent for a better presentation. At first I thought the cabanas were a little pricey but after installation they looked beautiful and were worth it. The drop off and pick up process was extremely easy. Paying the invoice was easy. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because when they hammered down the cabanas they broke a pipe for my sprinkler system. I called them to let them know and they told me to email them and they would be in contact. I sent an email and never heard from them or got a call back. I got tired of waiting and ended up fixing it on my own. I didn't have time to go back and forth with them and keep bugging them or else I would have. But I found it very unprofessional for them to not follow up with me. I should give 3 starts. But in all honesty they have great rentals... just need to work on customer satisfaction and maybe some type of deals for return customers or customer referrals.

Being there for over an hour to rent a simple residential pool submersible drain pump, I saw 3…read moreemployees and none wanted to be there and wow did it show. Female receptionist was the ONLY person in the entire store at any point. On her phone on personal call as I waited for the single person outside to come over and place the pump in my vehicle. There was only one person in front of me who rented a very small trailer but this somehow took them over an hour to get to me. Oh wait, he never got to me. I had to force office girl to call someone from business office to come out to get the pump. He took 15 minutes and was CLUELESS. The equipment was filthy and hoses were coated with grease and dirt. They didn't even have the right pump or hoses, so I had to have it credited back and left and went to Home Depot where I was in and out in 5 minutes. They wanted $75 for one day. Home Depot with the right pump and hoses was $51 for one day. It's been a long time since I have witnessed such poor and lackadaisical service. They were all beyond terrible and just wasted my time and their own time because the transaction was cancelled. She felt it was ok that I am standing outside for 45 minutes in 95-degree heat waiting for someone to come over that literally never did. Impressively horrible experience. Any other rental place is better.
