This is why I love the doctors at Balance Chiropractic & Massage. These doctors really truly care about you and their staff does too which is totally uncommon in doctor offices now. Normally I walk into a dr office and the secretary will just say sign in and not even make eye contact...it is terrible. But they don't do that at Balance. Another thing I love about Balance is they have this cool computer thing called the Proadjuster. This is great for my friend who is scared of chiros and does not like her back "cracked". It puts her back in line without making the popping noise that scares her so much. Best of all, I can go into Balance and get a wonderful massage then see the dr without having to leave the building. Some months back I had knee surgery. Everything went fine but for two week every time I would turn my head I would feel like I was going to pass out. Dr. Workman, Dr. Paul, and Dr. Hutcheson (Hutcheson is in the Hermiston clinic only), are amazing and truly know their stuff. Don't even get me started on how amazing ALL the massage therapists are!!!! And they are open with massage too on Saturdays! They have both manual and computerized (mechanical) adjusting techniques that suit every person! The staff there are also awesome! They are very friendly and professional and try their hardest to not only get you in asap but also to answer any questions you may have. My husband and I have been going to Balance Chiropractic and Massage for almost 2 months. Until recently, we had no idea what was going on with my husband's back until Dr. Barnes invested the time to order x-rays and narrow down the problem. Dr. Barnes is truly caring and invested in his patients well being. The massage therapy team is great too. My husband and I both love Genevieve and Tosha. They both really understand body mechanics and work the muscles to reduce pain and that nagging stiff feeling that only goes away with a good deep tissue massage. I had never been to a chiropractor before I started going to see Dr. Workman. The ProAdjuster is a really good way to get adjusted without the pain or fear of being twisted into a pretzel. And to have multiple massage therapists in the same building? That is just icing on the cake. I have actually been treated by all their doctors and most of their therapists. I've been using their services for over a year now for maintenance. When I started I was not able to sleep and my hands kept loosing function.
