We did not take possession of the orthotics and were never contacted back to have the mistake corrected although we tried to contact them. I had to have my bank get involved to get a refund of our deposit. Then after our bank got our money back, they had the gall to try and bill us for the balance on the incorrectly made orthotics which we never took possession of. Avoid this place as they do not care about helping people with foot problems they only care about the money. If I could leave a review of zero stars I would!!

She had to be taken to the ER, which was a horrible experience. They basically told her to splint her leg and ice it. Couldn't say anything else. So we made an appointment here soon afterwards. Within the first few minutes of having her in one of the rooms, Jessica figured out that she has an MCL tear, and possibly a meniscus tear or ACL tear (pending MRI confirmation). We got an MRI at another facility that they made an appointment for, and now we are just waiting to hear the results of that. Update: We got the MRI results and her ACL is torn! So she needs surgery. The Core Institute is also helping us out with this, as well as helping fit my wife for a better brace to be used post-surgery.

I was diagnosed years ago with Morton's neuroma by my internist. He recognized the symptoms and…read moretold me to get orthotic inserts for my shoes but he did not actually examine my feet. I went to Dr Mozen to make sure of that diagnosis since I had started to have symptoms again. He confirmed the diagnosis, told me it wasn't a bad case, and told me that I needed to renew the inserts every six months. I got a new pair and now have no symptoms or problems at all and feel confident in the diagnosis. Thank you, Dr Mozen!

I couldn't have asked for a more professional, knowledgeable and friendly podiatrist. Michele took X rays in the office and went over the results with me. Very thorough and she asked me questions along the way. The end result was nothing broken or fractured just a little inflammation and some good ole arthritis starting to set in. My symptoms are occasionally, not every day so I will keep using my ankle wrap, foot massager and the occasional Aleve as I discussed with Michele which she was pleased to hear how I was going about it. She did recommend another minimally invasive treatment should it come to that. I would recommend you give the office a call should you be suffering with foot and or ankle pain.
