While I am not new to the Physical Therapy process, I was new to Balance Rehabilitation. I really like the way this place runs. It is really organized, and run very efficiently. My initial visit was with Doctor Warren, and he went over my MRI and what was going on in my lower back, and we discussed a plan for treatment. This plan not only included what would happen in their office, but what my home plan would be. My appointments were always started right on time, which was refreshing. When my half hour visit with Doctor Warren or Doctor Daniel was done, I was assigned one person to work with me the second half hour of my visit. This, to me, is everything. Treatment is focused and time is used very efficiently. With Doctor Warren, I worked with Connor, and with Doctor Daniel, I worked with Angie. Both were awesome and very helpful. Connor always made sure I did every single last Bridge, with no room for cheating myself and doing even one less than expected. So dedicated :) I truly appreciate the help and treatment I received here. Unfortunately after 8 visits, my insurance has to approve more, and they have denied me more treatment. I am fighting that, and I know they are trying again to get me more visits... its a bummer to be interrupted while trying to heal and become stronger, but I am hoping to get back in here soon to complete my treatment and recovery. read more

My left knee is having osteoarthritis and I had PRP injection in Jul 2021, but it was still in pain and was unable to walk properly few months after injection. When I was looking for PT, I saw Balance Reh have great reviews; so I decided to give it a try. I am glad that I did. I have positive impression of the center in my first visit, it is well kept, clean and organized. My first meeting was with Dr Wegener; he is knowledgeable about his profession; he listens to my knee issues attentively and evaluated my knee condition thoroughly, then followed up with a treatment plan. During first 3 sessions with Dr Wegener and his assistant Zoey, I was able to feel a big improvement on my knee; I was able to walk confidently with much lesser discomfort. Met Dr. W, and we talked for most of session while he massaged effected area. I've had Cortisone shots, X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs of my lower back to find that I'm a candidate for PT. He did a very through evaluation and set up a treatment/exercise routine designed to address the issue. At first I thought there was little to be done to my benefit, but Dr. W talked of incremental progress, and the use of many aids and devices (cold packs, exercises, etc).
