I purchased the package and used 1 time right away, I went to make my appointment before it expired in the beginning of March and they told me they didn't have anything open until after March 1st so I would have to pay and upgrade fee of $65. I told her i get e-mails from them everyday saying they have open spaces available she said "those were for her regular customers not using the discounted rates". The only restriction on the package states that the appointment had to be make 2 weeks in advance. They are currently 3 Mondays left in February, meaning they could have made an appointment for Monday the 27th. She was very rude to me and as I work in the same industry i will not be returning or referring anyone to to their business.
