But 3 months later I have spent close to 4k and climbing to resolve an issue he never did. He was made aware that I needed to address a MAJOR sulfur issue. We came to an agreement on a system and went form there. Not even 2 days after the system was installed I was reaching out that the issue had not subsided. Over the past 3 months I have made various attempts to reach out and rectify the problem, following all his recommendations for new anode rods and electric ones etc even offering him to come get all his equipt back and offer me a refund, or very least pay half the cost to fix the problem, all for this morning to be told to just sue him. That he did not know how to solve my problem and that he is not well informed on sulfur issues but his website clearly lists this as the SECOND major issues he is equipt to deal with. He advised if he knew city water was an option for connection I should have went with that but he DID know! I told him that and he promised that my well would be much better quality than any city water could ever be. He sent me over to JOSH at PSL water guy! Who swept in and is working diligently to resolve my issues! I have proof of the system he installed with his exact words 100% would fix my issue and never did. This am he tells me he is financially struggling and can not afford to render this situation in any way all to which i learned that he has been doing this to multiple people in our community. I will be pursing all my charges back through the court of law!
