I'm concerned the water got in the wall, I'm assured no water came in, unsure I can believe that and hope we won't see or fall to later mold issues. I appreciate the apologies for the issue/delays, the ofc also gave a small gift check that probably won't even cover the water cost, luckily we saw.I do wonder if they were trying to prevent night call out expenses. I don't think I'd use this company in the future or recommend to any friend or neighbor. They were totally professional.The other thing we learned is that Port St Lucie which requires a permit for this work, doesn't come out to inspect they do it over the phone with FaceTime, what can they possibly see, they missed this, what's the point in a permit except for the city to get $$.
