When you are trying to explain something to the staff they just say uh huh, ok. Like are you even writing anything I'm saying down!? What you say is gonna go in one ear and out the other. It takes forever for anything to get done by their office. I'm talking months! So if you wanted to hurry and get your paperwork submitted do not use this office! They don't know how to do anything. My mom is still waiting for paperwork to get processed since January. 8 months and we still don't even have a case number. We went to the workers compensation office and the information and assistance officer said no application has ever been submitted for the dates and gave us a packet how to fill out the application and the name of the insurance company we needed to submit the application. This attorney is a thief, I do not recommend this office at all!!
