When confronted about this, he then terminated us and unsuccessfully tried to extort 2400 more from us. Let it be known that we paid him up front 3600 and all he did was our taxes one year. We had no tax liability at that point and were referred to this attorney from our accountant of over 20 years. I am not pleased with his lack of professionalism. Do not be duped by others "5 star" comments. I back my statements to be true and current. This lawyer has made zero effort to take account of his own breaches, which would bar him from ever practicing again. Unfortunately these individuals are not governed whatsoever. Both this attorney and the accountant violated several ethical and contractual agreements. Losses and damages are in excess of 3 million at this point in time. There are other attorneys involved in CT and GA, a CEO, a Director, and another franchisee which also breached agreements. Be very careful dealing with this attorney. He selectively chooses when to operate with integrity and when not to. He is going to irritate the wrong person one day if he continues to do families wrong.

Renee the receptionist needs to learn to speak with people she is rude and not clear when she speaks. I understand that lawyers are busy but as consumers are we not supposed to be? What's wrong with setting up an appt and calling us? why is it I have to call the attorney back? Makes no sense. The second time I called her back 20 mins late because again I'm used to people calling me back and also I have a sick child and she stated she didn't want to take my case because I didn't call her back. That's horrible service and if she was busy she should have been stated that from the beginning. I was recommended to her but I'll be sure to advise others in the area of the rudeness, the horrible customer service, and also how I was treated considering I was seeking help.
