You guys have left us hanging for weeks now. Doreen the appointed property manager is horrible at communicating with new companies moving in. She hasn't been able to provide us with an address, because the one on the lease is already someone else's address in the building. As a property manager, how could you even make a mistake like that and not lose your job. You guys put way too much trust and faith into Doreen. She represents your company horribly. Because she can't even represent herself. Her secretary didn't pick up the phone once on us neither has she. She doesn't get back to anyone in a timely fashion. Not myself or the owner of our company. On top of all this we weren't provided keys for the mezzanine floor bathroom. And the first floor restrooms are out of order due to your lack of management. You guys haven't fixed a thing about this building and it's disgusting. We are extremely concerned about the next four years a head of us with your management company and we really hope everything works out because as of right now, it looks like Doreen needs to lose her job. Or learn how to communicate better. We will start showing up at your office for help, since no one at your office can pick up a phone and communicate.
