Janelle was the artist I worked with. She was fantastic. This was my 5th tattoo, first at Iron Quill. Like most people, getting a tattoo is still a big deal for me. They are meaningful, each are well thought out, personal, and purposeful. Obviously everyone wants the tattoo to look great, but I also want the experience to be positive. Everyone in the shop was outgoing. The owner bought everyone (including me) subs for lunch. All around it was a great experience. Janelle was super friendly and funny. The tat looks fantastic. I've already told a bunch of people to check the shop out.

He let my mom come back and get the piercing with me, and didn't seem to be bothered when I cried at the needle (it didn't really hurt, I was just excited and scared). He did the piercing very quickly and I couldn't believe it was done when it was! He had me lie down on the table, and the next thing I knew we were out the door! The whole experience, including piercing, jewelry, and after care, was only $20! I'm getting a tattoo done at the end of November and will review again after that. They will only pierce or tattoo you if you are above 18, and minors need a parent or guardian with them. And they schedule far out in advance for tattoos, so plan ahead. 9/10

But ny daughter got one completed that was started before and Jackie the artist was kind enough to also go over another one that was a bit faded. Both were done quickly and at a reasonable price. I never remember that they take cash only (not even Zelle) but they have an ATM. This is currently the only tattoo shop in Lake Geneva and being right downtown it's very convenient. We will be back!

Walked in and said we were here for piercing and they said they were too busy for the piercing. There was nobody in the shop and 3-4 staff members standing around saying they were too busy. Poor service and super rude. Not welcoming and super rude. Terrible business for someone located in a busy downtown. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have walked into multiple establishments in way busier towns and had zero problems getting good service. Terrible experience for someone wanting this kind of service. Shameful.
