Visitors can tour the sanctuary and buy items from their shop, the proceeds of which support the charity, or attend special events they hold periodically. Visiting hours are very limited, so it's best to call or check the website before you go. The sanctuary is a nice place to stop if you're in the area rambling through the Highlands. I've stopped by several times while out walking just to watch the horses and donkeys in the fields, some of which will come over to give you a sniff and let you pet them.

They are located in the big huge white building next to the swimming, its called tayside house. it is located in the city centre of dundee, and is close to many bus rotes to and from dundee and surrounding areas.

The counter staff are friendly enough but they are very strict on mailbox size and capacity. THe charges for additional services such as photocopying are extortionate.
