They are unable to follow through on simple tasks without months of nagging, they don't take any responsibility for their inability to do their job. This is a review that I should have sent a while ago. My apologies this is long overdue... I purchased a property in Torrance May 18, 2016 in Ponderosa West. I am had a multiple obstacles when I moved in but these obstacles had nothing to do with Bali Management. I contacted Bali Management and spoke with a gentlemen named Geoffrey Lloyd and Geoffrey was able to provide me with some options and solutions to my obstacles. Geoffrey has also been quick to respond to my email requests and always provide great service with a great attitude. If I were is Boss I would give this man a raise. Just this winter season it rained so much that my front entrance almost became flooded in. I called Geoffrey on the weekend knowing that it was his day off but because I really had no one to contact for any other assistance. Geoffrey informed that he contacted or local plumbing company to assist with the flooding and they came later on and resolved the situation. Thank you Geoffrey for your assistance.
