Biggie was your piercer and he was so supportive and understanding! He was very knowledgeable, and answered every question we had! They are distracting you from what is going on. And Frank does a damn good job. Second, he's fast. And I mean damn fast. With a stop watch. When he starts drawing on you, the watch starts. When you take a break, the watch stops. And he is only charging you for the actual work time on you. Most places charge you from the time you walk in, until you walk out. Not Frank. His art work, is truly incredible. He adjusts what you want done. No almost right, or any of this other horseassing around. Its what you want, the way you want, and in every instance, has looked better on me than the art work I sent him to work with. He has sugar/chocolate and water. Lets be honest, no one is so tough that after 4hrs in a chair being stuck with needles approximately 500,000 times you don't need a reset. And he is prepared. Gentle hands. Understanding attitude. Adjust on the fly. Could not have asked for a better experience. No, he was not my first artist to work on me. I have suffered for hours under the hands of others. But Frank will be my final one. How he handles himself and his work and the way you are treated I have found no better.

Their hours read that they closed at 8 pm and the first time I came in was at 7 and the second time was at 6. No notice on the door, just lights off and door locked way before closing time.
