I'm not a fan of going to the dealership unless its a recall or specific piece a regular shop can't fix. Always took our cars to local family shops growing up, getting the best deal and service. We'd been here once before a year or so ago to donate some unused coats to a drive they were running and heard they do good work and care about the community. We called ahead and Bill was able to fit us in the following week! (We thought we'd have to wait weeks to get in as other shops were booked out) Dropped our car off for a simple inspection and oil change and waited to hear if it needed anything. Flash forward to 4pm and we gave a call to see what the status was and Bill informed us he was short staffed that day but would guarantee the car would be done by closing. Called us promptly 30 min later and said everything looked great and it was done. Price wise they're better than the dealerships, even told us if we pay by debit or check he waves the charge fee. Bill was transparent on everything he did, even apologizing again for the late call. My oil light was still on when I got the car back but I mentioned it to him before I left and he stopped what he was doing and reset it for me. Happy to say we've found our new local garage and hope to take our cars to them for years to come!

Easy to book, repairs done right, clean office with well equipped waiting area. Coffee, tea, magazines and snacks. Community oriented shop that gives back. My most recent experience was amazing. I took my car in for an oil change and they called and asked if I also wanted it inspected since it was soon due. This was just a suggestion, not an up-sale, but thanks for noticing, you saved me a trip! But, the amazing part is that the day before I had an "oops" and backed my car into another, crumpling my left rear bumper corner......well, "that" part wasn't amazing, but this next part is. When I picked my car up, it was almost unnoticeable. They had somehow popped it out and it looks so much better. I thought I'd spend at least a few hundred to get it fixed, but out of kindness and great service they fixed it. Bonus! They go above and beyond. If you're looking for quality, good, reputable small town service, this is your place!

After I went thru the was I pulled out and used the vacuum station which I rate 10-stars, absolutely perfect vacuuming with incredible strength, plenty of drying towels and window cleaner. This section is easily the best I've experienced Back to the car wash, when I parked to dry off, I still had bugs on my windshield and front bumper area and rear view mirrors, most car washes I go through get those bug guts off, maybe a small adjustment to the system needs to happen ? Not sure why it did not remove them ? My wheels did not get all that clean either ..... No staff interaction except when pulling into the conveyor....
