    Sensational Experience!!!! Recently, I just bought a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude, and I was…read moreinterested in tinting my front two windows to match my rear windows. So, since I was in the Springfield, PA area I decided to stop into that Tint World store location to get some pricing information for what I had in mind. Immediately upon entering, I was greeted by the front desk representative whose name was "Rose". And, she welcomed me with a friendly "hello" and a "smile'. From there, I explained why I stopped in and Rose was extremely professional, kind, attentive and outgoing & began going over what window tinting options they offered. After going through my options, Rose asked when I was looking to get the tint work done and I asked her if I needed to make an appointment in advance since I just walked-in off the street. It was then she asked me if I'd be interested in getting it done right away since I was already there? At first, I was shocked that they had an opening available. Shortly afterwards, Rose's manager (Ian) came out the shop and confirmed that it would only take an hour to get everything completed. So, I said sure, let's get it done! Honestly, I can say that the entire job only took roughly 45 minutes and I was thoroughly impressed! When they pulled my truck out the bay and brought it around to the front of the store, I was extremely pleased. This was my first time going to Tint World and they were EXCELLENT! From the customer service, attention to detail, great work performed, to how fast they got me in and out at a "decent price", I will definitely go back to them if I decide to do anything else to my truck! They get a A++++++ from me!!! Kudos to Rose and Ian for making my 1st time experience a pleasurable one!!!

I was advised the services would take 3 hours. I woke up early on a Saturday very exited and eager to have my services . Since I was advised the services would only take 3 hours, I called at 11:30am to get a time estimate for pickup. Only to be disappointed with a response from Ian that my car just went back at 11:30 am. 3 hours from then I stopped pass the shop due to me being in the area, and my car was infact in the same spot where I parked at 8:30am. Ian was rude and dismissive. Instead of apologizing he condesenly asked "well do you need your car? You will get a text when it's ready". I got a text at 5:12pm indicating my car would be ready for pickup at 5:40pm. When I arrived, instead of saying sorry for the delay. I was greated when a snarky comment "Better late than never", as if that wasn't unprofessional enough, I was then charged a higher price than I was originally quoted. Even though I have a written quote via text, Ian still fast talked and charged me a higher price. A price that I wouldn't of agreed upon had I known the day I made my appointment. Ian came off very condescending, arrogant, rude, and aggressive. He made this experience horrible for me. I will be contacting the better business bureau due to be quoted one price and charge a different price after service

    They damaged my vehicle when they installed the new windshield. Chipped paint...deep chips, like…read moregauges. It's an expensive car and we pay a lot of money for it. They ruined it, and came out with a picture of the damage and said it existed before. when I said it most certainly did not. He was already turned around and walking away from me in my driveway saying we're good. I cannot believe the level of disconnect this person displayed from what was happening. Rather than entertaining the possibility that they did something wrong. they came out with lies printed and immediately imply that I am lying. I am kind of dumbfounded by the disrespect. Do not use this company. If you do, at least understand that they can really F*@% your car up, and will do absolutely nothing but make you angry about it. Bottom line is my car is messed up very noticeably so because of damage caused by their installer. I am not even mad about it. I work in a trade and used to do residential work so I know how hard it is and how bad you feel when you do damage. Rather than filling a claim to have it fixed they are just like it's on me to fix it

I was called a few days later from the shop stating if I bring my car at that time they could guarntee it would be ready when the shop closed at 5pm (ooook). So I was asked and agreed to come in at 10 am. After sitting and wait for 2hrs and car still sitting in the lot untouched. I inquired with the desk attendant who replied this is why I texted you this morning "that you would have to drop your car off". I said that you asked me to come in early so you start early. The coversstion just went down hill. It was unprofessional. Additionally, i failed to mention that two other customers vehicle were taken in after my arrival. Safelite lets call it wait it racist.
