Dr. McLoney and Fisher are great -- in the last few months I've had a root canal and some crown…read morework done, and their staff is always in an optimistic mood, have attitudes, and are always quick to get me in if I have a problem. The last time I had a dental emergency, it took them less than 90 minutes to get me in -- that was from the time that I called in the morning to say, "I need to be seen," to them calling me up and asking if I can get to their office. Great staff, great dentists, and it's covered through my insurance. What more could I love?

Went to Beacon Hill and had two fillings done. Both were done very poorly. The machine to harden…read morethe filling material was known to be malfunctioning and they used it anyway, that filling failed. Had to go back because of pain. They fixed it and after it was no longer hurting, I realized the other filling was bad and was hurting. I went back and they seriously told me they couldn't see me for 2 WEEKS! I am supposed to be in pain for 2 weeks because they screwed up the work they did? Now I have to pay another dentist to fix their screw up! This office should be ashamed or better yet, just shut down. They charged me, screwed up the job then said I had to suffer from their malpractice for 2 weeks. IT would be funny if I wasn't in pain.

I paid for them and 3 months later got a claim review from my insurance showing they paid for them and X-rays. I was not reimbursed, it's been a year. I called and they would not answer the phone, I left a message twice but no one called me back. I wont go back even though they did message me three times tosche my follow up visit.

However, she began asking very invasive and personal questions about a family member of mine that she knew at every appointment. I found that a little unsettling. I began to have an issue with a wisdom tooth, so I went in to have it filled as it was just a small soft spot on the tooth that was not causing any pain but wanted it handled before it became an issue. She informed me that because it was a wisdom tooth that it was best to remove it instead of repairing it. She gave me 3 shots of Novocaine and proceeded to pull the tooth without my consent. I could still feel the pain and when I yelled she broke my tooth, causing immense pain. Also during this, she yelled at my partner to put away his phone as she assumed he was recording her while he was playing a game on his phone. After she broke my tooth, she very rudely told me to contact an oral surgeon. Also I had appointments scheduled for my children, an emergency situation that happened more than 24 hours prior to the appointments so I called to cancel the appointments and was charged for "missed appointments". I also was billed for a cleaning/treatment that I never received. Never again will I ever go to this place and I definitely do not recommend it.
