They sent three inspectors (of decreasing size, according to them) and none were able to access the crawlspace. I know for certain the last person never tried because the area around the access was completely undisturbed, not a leaf or stick moved. They also didn't try to use other methods to complete the WIR, such as fiber optics or line of sight inspection. The worst part was their lack of communication. They never called me to report the problems; they waited until I called them to inform me the WIR could not be completed over, and over, and over. Now with one week to the closing, I have to find another company to do the WIR. I will never use this company and won't recommend them to anyone. Shame! When they were S&S they were responsive; now, not so much.

My hall rug in front of the washer/dryer is soaked, where chemical is running out between the machines. I have been mopping up excess, then it comes running out again. (I have a small dog). Puddles of standing chemical were in every room. I will not continue my contract with them, when the year expires. I would love to cancel them now, but they work in a money penalty. It came with a one-year warranty and the option of renewing yearly at a cost that breaks down to about $20 a month. Scheduling was easy. They scheduled my one-week follow up while Michael was still on the job. Both Jonathan and Michael, the technian, were profession and unusually punctual, showing up at exactly when they said they would. That's key to me. Michael was delightful. He spent hours at my house looking for ways these crafty rats were getting into my house and blocking it. His description of the work he was doing sounded like the perfect approach. It's too soon to see if all this worked. But in the meanwhile, I'm telling my neighbors who are also under seige by these rodents that have been displaced by nearby contruction. Can't say enough positive about Mayday, Jonathan and Michael.
