The…read moresuites are arranged 4 to a building with 2 rooms upstairs featuring a nice deck and 2 on the main level-note you walk upstairs (no elevator) so perhaps stay on first level if stairs are an issue-like if you brought two huge suitcases per person. Our room #18 was very spacious with a good sized bedroom with a king bed, dressing area and living room with a fireplace and a small but functional bathroom with a very nice spacious shower. It seems the suites might be pretty new as we had lots of bedside power ports (USB-C and USB-A) as well as similar setups by the desk area. While I could have used a fluffier pillow, the room was fairly quiet save the nighttime rain on the roof and rambunctious crows in the morning. Parking is right in front of your room door and the room included a nice cooked to order breakfast as well. The property owners also run the nice bakery/cafe, Fitz's pub and an inviting pizza restaurant in the same set of buildings.

Carts are protected with all around bumpers and powered by twin Honda engines that will get you moving North of 50 KPH in the straights. Kilcornan is owned and operated by a local cattle farmer who is warm, helpful and an Irish gear head that has spared no expense in putting this go-cart dreamland together. Don't bother with a 15 minute session, go for at least 30 and you'll be glad you did. Laps are timed via telemetry chips on each cart to keep you honest on bragging rights. Gotta try it, it's an absolute gas!

Our coffee run turned into coffee & a slice a cake...with a dollop of fresh cream (we couldn't resist, the cake stands at the register are enticing!!!). We ended up eating our delicious coffee cake inside while chatting with the lovely lady there. Some of my favorite stops during our Ireland trip have been ones like these: unplanned & perfect.
