Krystal had requested to drop off marquee numbers and was 2 hours late, so the venue people were no longer there. They ended up setting the whole display up outside so when I arrived, I had to move everything myself with the help of the venue staff. Above all this drama, the execution of the writing on the display was horrible. They used 3 different fonts and the stick-on writing you'd find at a budget craft store and it just looked like a total hack job. I let her know about my disappointment after, but no response. Definitely was not worth the money.

When I contacted the business, the owner acknowledged that the comment had been entered into their POS/back-office system and stated that it was intended as an internal note. What concerned me most was not only that this was written about a customer at all, but that it was apparently stored in a way that could become customer-visible. The owner's response also focused heavily on defending the employee interaction rather than fully addressing the professionalism of the note itself. I understand businesses get busy and stressful situations happen, especially around holidays. But I do not believe customers should be described this way in company systems or accidentally sent those comments in emails. I am attaching screenshots so others can judge the situation for themselves.
