Last minute I called to see if I could get balloons for my father-in-law's birthday, NYE, with the 123123 numbers...to my surprise Scott said he could do it if I could pick them up! I called on Wednesday afternoon and picked them up on Saturday morning. You definitely need to have room in your car/truck if you pick up as the balloons are large, but they were well worth it! Next time I will plan in advance and have them delivered with a bouquet of balloons added! Scott and his daughter were very helpful and friendly! Although we declined their upsale offer of "helium boost", the regular helium tank should have inflated our latex balloons. This was the easiest balloon transaction I've ever done! One phone call, credit card and next day delivery. It was a very large delivery. I was impressed how they could fit all of these balloons in their van and set it up so nicely. I called wanting huge gold "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" balloons inflated with helium for my sisters golden birthday. At first they didn't have enough letters (I called literally the day of, so super last minute and was frantic ofcourse). I hung up and was trying to call party city, thankfully I was on hold when Katelynn who was so friendly called back said they found enough letters and could deliver the balloons as well on the same day I needed them!! Had a great experience with AZ Party Mart for my dad's 80th birthday. I needed a party store close to our hotel that would be convenient to swing by before the party. Found these folks on Yelp and called up a few days before to reserve a giant "8" and giant "0" balloon for pick-up on the day of the party. They were pleasant to deal with and my order was ready exactly when promised. When we stopped in to pick up the order we found several more fun items (confetti with "80"s) and definitely had a movie montage moment trying on funny props and hats. The staff was really helpful in tracking down all the little extras we needed. We also had the fun idea to put old photographs around and had to great creative with how to display them, but the owner hooked us up! They also had some great tips about how to carry/stash the balloons in the car to make them last longer. Funny thing is, my dad's birthday was in mid-Feb and he just revealed on our weekly Sunday chat that they are actually still going strong in APRIL! Guess those tips are winners. read more

What an absolutely awesome party planning place! I wanted to surprise my daughter with balloons for her 4th birthday, and I wasn't sure where to turn. The shop appears to be a little bit small, but that's only because it's absolutely chocked full of party supplies! When I did the search, I really just expected to find balloons at this place. Boy was I surprised! I was immediately greeted by the owners, who absolutely bent over backwards for my simple balloon needs. They were sure to ask about what my daughter liked to ensure that I walked out with a perfect compilation. From there, they inflated them, strung them up, and added a weight to make sure that my little one had them at her own perfect height. While I was waiting for them to finish their arrangement, I made my way around the store. There is SO much stuff! They have plates and napkins for all situations (baby shower, bachelor parties, weddings, etc. They have party favors for the New Year. They even have gag gifts for birthday. For example, there was this hilarious inflatable walker for those "over the hill" type of parties. There were so many things to see, that I'm positive I only took in about half of them. I can't believe the amount of stuff they have in stock. I wish I could have went somewhere else for what I purchased. The owner is a really nice guy, but $5 for a balloon that sells at Party City for $3 and $20 for delivery fee kinda sucks. There wasnt a great variety for what I wanted, there were no package deals. Say a bundle of 15 plain balloons(you pick the colors) for $15 or party theme 15 balloon package for $20. I felt like I got ripped off when I walked out. I should have went to Party City spent $30 on 20 balloons and taken a Lyft or Uber car ($14-$20) to pick up the balloons. 10 balloons for $40 then a $20 delivery fee..... Just feels wrong. All I can say is research, research, research! Or head to the 99 Cent store if your not looking for super fancy. read more

I have to say WHAT AN AMAZING JOB PAUL did in decorating my husband suite. Not only did he decorate but he also took care of picking up his birthday cake and make my vision a reality. I'm located in Arcadia California and I explained to Paul that I'm not from Scottsdale Arizona and would like to do something special for my husband I told him what I wanted for my husband's surprise birthday. Paul says to me "Don't worry I will take care of everything, mail me your pictures and i will pick the cake for you and put it in his suite nicely decorated." AND WOW. .
