Need some balloons for a party, event, etc.? Balloons Plus was a great location to get them. I e read the reviews, which have been unfavorable. However, my experience was pretty good. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. The balloons were not meant to last long or even promised to last a long time. I've ordered balloons in the last from different companies that add a "high-float" to their balloons for longer lasting balloons. These balloons did not have that stuff in them so they were not going to last more than a day. Maybe, if asked, they would last longer with that "high-float" in them? I'm not sure. But for what I needed, the balloons were just right. The store just moved locations so not everything was stocked just yet but the staff was able to offer product suggestions if you needed something. read more

There is a reason why Ballons Plus gets a poor rating on Yelp. Just look at other reviews. They assure customers that the balloons will last over night for a party the next day, and then accuse the customer of lying when they don't. Poor customer service to one, means loss of service for many. I don't live local, but have shopped there. Will not again. read more

I am very disappointed. I bought 15 balloons for my son's graduation and they assured me that they would stay up for the party the next day and the next MORNING two were down on the table and one was down on the ones I put outside. $2/balloon is EXPENSIVE and you want them to stay up longer than just overnight....so disappointed. read more

I had come to the store on 12th street 2 weeks in advance and ordered balloon centerpiece for a baby shower. Prepaid and prearranged a pickup date. When I arrived at the scheduled pick up time the store was closed with a moved sign. They gave me no indication to pick up at a different location which was fine however when I arrived at the new location the doors were locked. I tried calling the number on my receipt received no answer. Frustrated I tried both locations the following morning and again all doors were locked. So I had to last minute go to the local grocery store to purchase a replacement for the shower. Not only was the product at City Market high quality I was greeted with a smile. When I came a few days later to get a refund I received no apology for my inconvenience, they actually acted like I got my balloons because she wanted to know what the issue was? Really?? My balloons were sitting fight in the counter, she should have known what the issue was!! Very poor customer service! I expected an apology so I will never use their services again!! read more
