TL;DR: I ordered a strawberry themed balloon arch for our daughter's strawberry themed 1st birthday and we didn't get what we were promised despite both parties agreeing on the theme and balloons listed out and a reference photo that was attached to our invoice/contract. *There wasn't a single strawberry on the arch*, it was missing balloons we agreed on and despite upselling me on a longer length, on the day of the party he said he couldn't make it arch because it wasn't long enough. I would not recommend them for any party you deeply care about. I was hoping that I'd splurge on a balloon arch with the hopes of not having to spend as much on other decorations and Juan assured me that it would look "exactly like the picture". I found an image online of the balloons/theme I was looking for and even spent an hour Photoshopping a reference photo for them of those balloons, affixed in an arch on the actual pavilion. Sometimes miscommunication happens so I wanted it extremely clear what I was looking for and that we both agreed upon what was in writing but also in the photo. I was also concerned because their correspondence was through text and unprofessional, and to be fair, we were both popping in and out of the conversation, days at a time. I was wrong in trusting that Juan took accurate record of our back and forth as he's the business owner. I had asked him to add 3 extra strawberry balloons to dress up our daughter's chair. When I got the invoice and saw that they were more expensive than the air-filled ones that were on the arch, I asked him to remove those. Juan claims I wanted all strawberries removed. Maybe he misunderstood, but you would think he'd see strawberries listed on the final contract/invoice AND in the reference photo that was attached to it. Or maybe he would at least double check with his client because they've been talking about strawberry balloons for weeks! And yet, I was delivered a rinky dink, budget version of what was promised... with no strawberries! I was extremely upset as this was the only reflection of the berry theme of my daughter's 1st birthday. It's hard not to feel scammed. I reached out to and requested a partial refund, but Juan said he can only give me a credit towards the next event. No thanks. His reasoning was that once I sign the invoice I agree to whatever is on it... I wish he'd do the same.

Part 2: Bottom part of the Martini balloon bouquet.

This is the 2nd time I have had Juan at Balloon World do a party for me and both times the balloons I chose were like a work of art. The 1st time was for a 50th bday party and the 2nd time was for a surprise 75th bday party. The work that Juan and his team put in to make the balloons I request is worth every penny spent and depending what balloons you get they can last a very long time. It's amazing to see what you request come to life. I am just in awe over the gorgeous work that Juan and his team do. You will never be disappointed when you choose to have Juan do balloons for you for any type of occasion. I can't wait to plan another party so I can work with Juan again. Not only is the work he does absolutely beautiful but he is also very nice and very professional. Thank you Juan and team for always doing an amazing job on the balloon masterpieces you have created for me. Juan and his team were awesome to work with for our 2,000 balloon drop and step n repeat shimmer wall for New years eve 2023. They answered all of my questions, accommodated the set-up needs and worked well within our busy resort to set up as well as remove the set up the following day. Balloon World didn't do what I asked. They went above and beyond! The garland they did for Torrid store front was better than I expected. The colors matched perfectly, the design was way better than what I had asked of the team. Balloon World is a must for any event. GARBAGE!!!!! Stay away from this incompetent company. Booked everything as directed and we called to just confirm 3 days before party and said he was booked. They should paint a clown on this guys face because that's what he is. We have messages to prove in case anyone would like to see. Edit: I've attached pictures to show this guy is a compete liar. read more

I recommend this company, they are very professional and their work is fantastic, set up everything as agree, on time and have amazing decorations, face painting and the balloon twisting is beyond expectations the kids have fun And we are very satisfied with the service.
