For the past 4 or 5 years, we have been renting from Imperial for large gatherings such as Thanksgiving and Christmas. We always rent chairs, tables and charger plates, but Imperial has a huge selection of rental items to choose from. They have always shown up for delivery and pickup when they say they will, and they are competitively priced. Their items are also in excellent condition and I have rented in as little as two days before an event with no problem. I highly recommend their services!

I would like to be very honest with this review, please don't let this company fool you with nice pictures. Their chairs are horrendous, and I have an event for Thanksgiving. I my chairs a month and a half in advance when we got the chairs all and missing paint almost everywhere I called the girl wasn't happy but she was willing to new ones and they did for my surprise. The ones they sent. They were even worse, trying to check another rentals before trusting this place. read more

I called Imperial on a late Saturday afternoon with a last minute request for a red carpet for a large scale fundraiser event. I spoke with Emilia who searched their inventory and found exactly what I was looking for, and made arrangements for me to pick it up after hours. The price was fair and the process was easy. Will certainly look to Imperial Party Rentals in the future. read more

Imperial Party Rentals was made aware that the tent they put up had a couple of small holes in it and the tent was suppose to be white! in stead it was very dirty and very worn! It was for a high school graduation party and I called and spoke with Elma Cordoba several times as well as sent text messages! She said she would have the delivery team come back and exchange the tent out by 10:00 am Saturday Morning. 10:00 came and went but they NEVER came to switch it out! so I tried calling and texting her..but my daughter and my calls/texts were ignored! Needless to say the dirty tent had to be maneuvered out of all the pictures! They were suppose to pick the dirty tent up the next morning..it stayed on the basketball court in our back yard until Tuesday! None of the delivery personal spoke English and we have not heard from Elma since! This is why they want you to pay in advance! Once Imperial Party get your money....there's no recourse other than warn future renters to beware! We had given this company to my granddaughter's friend parents to use this weekend ....for their daughter's graduation party...but, when we showed them the tent they went with another company! read more
