When she did find one she lost it and then explained she didn't know if she had finally found one. The surgeon would know when they tried to sedate me. 5 hours after arriving I got to theatre. No apologies nothing and a mouth piece put in. I'm fasting no food or water and sedative is administered. Felt nothing and tried to let the surgeon know but the nurse pushed my head down told me not to move or try speaking.... In recovery and removed everything myself bar the cannula. No one came near me. They almost forgot to take bloods again before I left. Private hospital????

The Irish government has a website that lists test sites -- this one by far was the most convenient from my hotel in Dublin. I was able to book an appointment easily online, find the clinic quickly, get a test done very quickly and efficiently, and I had the results about 12 hours later. Absolutely no complaints and I'm grateful that they made a complicated process much easier.

He works monday to friday from 10.30am-1pm and 5-7pm and then he works on a saturday by appointment. I have been to many doctors in my life and he is the first that i am happy to stick with. He genuinely cares about his patients and is always willing to listen and take whatever action is needed. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone. He does home visits on request as well. Went here for the first time earlier, and was greeted with the friendliest GP I've ever come across. She sat down beside me and just listened, then chatted with me as if she were a friend, offered solid advice and many options to suit me, and was even eager to save me money on a few things. Besides this, when I arrived in the centre, I had to wait a max of 3-4 minutes before being seen. The place is smack bang in the middle of Smithfield, so really easy access-wise, and it's pretty brand new, so nice and bright, airy and clean looking. Overall, my visit gave me full confidence in their abilities, something I'd very rarely say about any visit to a GP centre!

I love doctor Rogers, she is like the sweetest and the softest doctor ever, she really makes me feel that she cares. I kinda feel like coming back there just for her. But the fact that they don't send the blood test results over email, and you have to come pick them up in person, is like SO OLDSCHOOL. More than that, at first they refused to give me my results unless I have another appointment with the doctor. Then they changed their mind and I got my results, but the impression of the clinic was ruined already. So, I give three stars for that.

But the staff remained adamant that I was knowingly giving incorrect information and as a result were quite rude. I was given the incorrect prescription, which I informed them back over the phone. I was then told that I only required an appointment with a nurse for this to be corrected. On arrival I was told that this was incorrect and had to pay for a second time. Again receiving the wrong prescription, and relaying this over the phone. I was told that this time, I only needed to collect the prescription, that they would call when this was ready. A call was never received. When I called again I was told that I had to come in, and on the third appointment having been told that they should not have given me the wrong prescription for the second time. I arrived, had to pay for an additional consultation fee. The woman working at reception told me that I was wrong, and that I could not have been given the wrong prescription twice. She would not let me pay the correct fee and charged me double. She was frankly quite rude and is the main reason that I will not be returning to this practice.

Dr Leonard had told me they put a huge amount into finding someone to take over the practise. This was confirmed when I met Dr Bressan, very thorough, extremely knowledgeable. Caring, kind and to the point which I appreciate. All the staff are polite, friendly and you feel genuinely looked after. I wouldn't hesitate at all in recommending this practice. It's served me well for many years and I hope it will continue to do so.

Luckily I haven't had to wander in here yet but I know lots of people from the office who have had…read morerecourse during the working day to call in here - everything from broken noses (sports injuries you understand, the office isn't that rough) to odd little spots appearing suddenly and profusely. The end result is always a colleague wandering back to the office sorted and very very happy about the experience - if not the confirmed broken noses!
