Problems arose right in the beginning when she delayed listing my home on MLS for two weeks. When issues developed she never answered her phone and it was conveniently always full so you could not leave a message. I can't stress enough to stay clear of both REMAX of Northfield and Linda Falzani - selling/buying is stressful enough but then to have a realtor who is not a professional just makes the experience beyond bearable.
