A summary of my lengthy post would be,DO NOT take your child with special needs to this clinic ,as…read moreI feel my daughter has been discriminated against here.The photo is of my first review of Eastern Iowa Oral Surgery,I was called from the office the day of that review,apologized to,and had my daughters surgery rescheduled for the next day and was asked to please take the review down.I removed the review but unfortunately had to cancel my daughters surgery due to her vomiting that evening.We rescheduled again and I also cancelled again due to my daughter having another illness.It is always hit and miss with her health and we are always cautious ,If she isn't well we don't put her at risk.Our appointment was scheduled for next Thursday at 9am ,I had a call last week moving it to 8:40am which was no problem.She has been on a call list as well ,because these teeth are causing her tremendous pain .I had a call from the office this morning cancelling her appointment for July 25th with no reason as to why and being told we had to go to Iowa City,again with NO REASON why.I don't understand why they called to reschedule with us in the first place if It couldn't be done there.,maybe so I would remove my honest review?We could already have an appointment with another office.We are back to square one with much time wasted.I am a frustrated mom of a child with special needs.I simply do not understand!
