Took a 5x7 area rug to this cleaner which was a 35 minute drive because they not only cleaned the…read morerugs but also repaired them. I called them in advance and told them about a burn mark and damaged fringe. They asked me to send pics, which I did, then they told me to bring it in for evaluation. I took it there and they quoted $135 with a special. When I picked it up, it was $195 and they could not fix the burn but they neglected to tell me that beforehand. Next time I'll call Stanley Steamer - better use of my money!
