I'm not sure anyone would pay for professional cleaning if it didn't include spot removal and cleansers, just cold water and suction. Also, my service was rescheduled 4 times within 2 days, including the day of service start time delayed 2.5 hours. Frustrating. The tech explained that he was just contracting with the company and didn't know what they told us nor why they would not have discussed the needed higher price levels, nor could he control the schedule. KLEENGREEN AND PROSERVICES ARE FRAUDS AND USE BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS ON THE ELDERLY. I scheduled them to clean my chimney. The price quoted on the phone was $99. When the person gets here, he says there's an additional cost of $99 for the inspection. I agree. He goes outside, comes back and shows me pictures of "my chimney" which he says is totally clogged and dangerous because you can't see any light inside. Now, the cost to clean goes to $499 + the inspection. The real kicker is that I watched him go across the street and deliver the same message to my neighbor while NEVER going on the roof!!!! The $99 service went to $613 and hours later, I still don't have the pictures I requested. Additionally, the receipt says Pro Services and they would charge an additional 8% for credit card usage. I called back to the KleenGreen number I booked with. They said Pro Services was their sister company and they had no explanation for any of this. GREENCLEAN DID A BAIT AND SWITCH AND WOULDN'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY OF THIS. They also made no efforts to correct any of this scam. read more

worst cleaning ever ! When I called the company the worker told me it would be one price for what I wanted done. We proceeded to schedule the appointment. After the guy arrived at the house he explained that it would be a different price than what I was told, and that he believes I would need a deeper cleaning on my couch. I proceeded to tell him never mind because the price he was telling me was not what I was originally told and that I didn't mind paying the fee for him coming out (not to mention he was 2 hours late than the time frame that was scheduled). He was very pushy and rude and kept insisting that I needed my couch cleaned and that there is dirt underneath that I can't see. I had an appointment from 8 to 10 in the morning. I had a lot of stains on the carpet and sofa. My friend recommended USA Green Clean. Leo was at my place at 8 am sharp. I got deap cleaning process like Sean recommended, I was skeptical for the stains to be removed, but he told me that everything will come out and I should not worry. I have to say I am very happy as my stains came out completely my sofa looks great now. Sean was fantastic! Very professional and fast! The ductwork was a mess and the full bush service has made the whole house smell better and reduced my allergies by miles. Due to the hazzards of raising a puppy we had some pretty bad and set in pet stains in the hallway. The carpets look brand new! The man that came clean my carpets gave me his card that had a different name, and when asked about USA Green Clean, he danced around the question. The receipt he provided me came from a generic receipt book that can be purchased at Staples. It had no name or company information on it. I called them after looking at their reviews on Yelp.  I was looking for a steam cleaning for 4 bedrooms in my house on short notice. They responded pretty quickly, I called on Monday they came on Wednesday. I liked their customer service they were very friendly and nice. I scheduled an appointment to get my carpet cleaned for today. The guy called me at 7:59am and said he will be 30 mins late from the appointment time at 8:00am. I said ok that is fine. 8:34 comes and he still isn't here so I call him. He said he's about 7 miles out-10 mins away. So I called the customer service line and communicated that the guy was late. The lady Amanda was immediately rude and said he's not late. He has up to 10am. I said no that's not what I was told on Friday when I scheduled the appointment. It's between 8-10am. She's gonna say well your wrong. Her whole tone, and the way she discussed this with me was purely rude. Shooting down my claims of what I was told consistently, speaking over me and interrupting me while I'm trying to explain. They are a terrible service. I asked to speak to the manager and it took her over 5 mins to transfer me over, she just kept speaking over me, being very rude like she has no home training or they just hire anybody to work for this company. Then when I transferred over to the manager the manager immediately starts defending her worker and cutting me completely off before I can even explain why I wanted to speak to the manager. This whole company are some assholes. Then she proceeded to tell me that the guy never called me and said that he will be 30 mins late when in fact he did lol at 7:59. I was able to call that same number back at 7:34 when he said he'll be there in 10 mins. So while they have me on the phone arguing with me and provoking me literally, it's 8:45am and the guys still wasn't there. I had them out to do my upstairs carpets as well as my couch, while he was here I talked to him about my basement and he cut me a great deal to get that done as well. We called them to clean our carpet, to get up recent puppy pee spots, and to power wash the outside of our house. When they got here they said they were not informed they would have to power wash- we did inform them. When they left the carpets appeared to be have cleaned by a job well done, all spots out. However a few days later the spots reappeared. We call to let them know of this and they told us that there was no guarantee for spots to be taken out and that they had informed us of this prior to the cleaning-they did not. So we try another company and they clean the spots completely out. They tell us they cannot tell that the spots have been touched at all as the smell of the urine is still apparent. They showed us the water after they were done cleaning and it was all dirty. Mind you the last cleaning was about a week before and we were careful not to attract dirt to the carpet. Hence, the previous cleaners did not clean it properly. In conclusion, I will not be using this company again because they did not do a thorough job and I definitely would not recommend using them for pet stains.
