We waited in a line for about 20 minutes to get a slice of pizza. Once at the counter ordering was easy and we transferred to a second line to pick up our order. Very busy place with limited seating inside. So many people just eating their pizza outside. Vibes were good and so was the pizza. I ordered the mushroom pizza and it was super good! If you want a slice of pizza I would try this spot out!

I just had one slice of pizza and I ordered their popular "The Vito" It was pretty delicious. The highlight was definitely the mozzarella and the hot honey. The hint of sweetness really complimented the pizza. Seating is limited, only a few seats lined up against the wall. The inside is very small, most people just sit down on the curb outside and eat their pizza. There's also a small seating bench right outside the store, luckily for me it wasn't occupied by the time I got my pizza. So, I ate there. I will definitely stop by and grab some pizza here every time I'm in Dublin! Next time I'll get their meal deal where you can get 2 slices and a drink for 13 Euros. My slice only cost about €4-5. I'm happy I got to try out Bambino!!
Walking around Dublin slightly tipsy is one of the few pleasures in life that everyone should experience at some point. If you happen to do this, don't walk, run to Bambino. There's always a line out the door, but it moves fast. Trust me, it's worth waiting for. We tried the Hot Pep, Vito, and the Mushroom. I'm a lowly American. I've had pizza across the country. Bambino's pizza is more New York than New York pizza. Trust me. The dough slaps, the CHILI PEPPERS on the hot pep? To die for. The VITO? I have no words. I'd fly back for this place. The staff are awesome. Very few stools to sit inside; this is a grab-and-go spot. Once we got our slices, we sat on the curb, devouring them with bellies full of GUINNESS like TRUE happy citizens of Ireland. Bambino's is one of the happiest places on Earth. I'd gain weight for Bambino's. Please expand to the U.S. I will be your number one customer, I promise.

I got the Vito, which has Pepperoni, Irish Mozzarella, Fior Di Latte, tomato sauce, Grana Padano, burrata, EVOO, fresh basil and hot honey. That was a mouthful. The flavors were perfectly melded, and the crust was chewey and crunchy. My boyfriend had the Vodka Slice with Tomato, Fresh BAsil, Grana Padano, Irish Mozzarella, Toons Bridge Fior di Latte, Vodka Sauce, and Parmiggiano Reggiano. He loved it. The slices were not quite as large as you can get in New York City, but the flavors were amazing. Get there early or expect to wait as there is always a line.
This is a small shop, no tables, more like buy the pizza and eat it standing outside, it's best when there are long lines because that's when the pizza has a nice crispy base, the service is good. This is the best NEW YORK (NY) style pizza in all of dublin, even better than even most places in america based on my experience. The pizza's here range about (€4 - €6.5) per slice and (~€31 - ~€34) for a full pie. The toppings flavors are well thought of, they accommodate all types of diets, they have a vegan no cheese marinara pizza, and vegetarian cheese pizza and mushroom pizza and meaty ones too. They do serve some drinks too. They also have a rewards card, but 10 slices and get one free. The best part about these pizzas are the flavors and crispy crust. Absolutely delicious and high quality. 10/10 definitely recommend
As a New Yorker, I'm super hesitant to eat pizza anywhere else because it just doesn't taste as good but I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised with this place. We had to make a line but it wasn't that long, and it gets super crowded so most people just take to go or eat outside but we got lucky and got two seats by the door and we tried their slices and a glass of wine.. the wine you can skip, it wasn't that good. But the pizza? Absolutely 10/10 must try! Especially if you're in Europe for some time and are a little homesick, it just hits the spot!

Small little shop, but seems really popular and busy. Quick and friendly service and the pizza is AMAZING! 2 HUGE slices and a drink for $13.50 EU. I got The Vito (pepperoni cheese pizza topped with fresh basil, dollops of burrata cheese , freshly grated Parmesan, and drizzled with hot honey) was absolutely delicious! Thin crispy crust and perfect chewy texture. The Mushroom pizza was delicious too, but The Vito pizza is the way to go! read more

This place is the real deal. Easily the best pizza I had in Dublin. The pepperoni was perfect -- crispy edges, great flavor, and not greasy. Exactly how you want it. I also got the sausage with jalapeño and that was next level... perfect balance of spice and flavor. Crust had that ideal chew with a slight char, sauce was on point, and everything just worked. You can tell they know what they're doing. I don't say this lightly -- this could go up against pizza spots in NYC or Chicago and hold its own without a problem. 10/10. If you're in Dublin, you have to stop here. read more

Literally amazing giant pizza slice. I hit the pepperoni just like NYC. Hot honey on top for the win. Long line but moves quickly. Friendly service. Just wish they had a bathroom for customers. Small area to stand inside to eat or everyone else Just ate outside on the curb. read more

The best pizza I have had in a long time! Soft but a crunchy crust and the taste is to die for! I also go hot honey on mine and don't like spicy but it wasn't spicy! It made it sweet and wow! I can't wait to go back! It was pretty busy so be ready to wait but it's worth it! read more

So worth the wait, pretty fast service even if the line seems intimidating at first. The slices are scrum and filling. The signage is amusing and merch on sale super cute, definitely a good stop if you're craving a great slice of pizza! read more

Not sure what all the hype was about this pizza. Having been to NY and preferring NY pizza over Chicago deep dish, Bambino Pizza did nothin for me. It was VERY thin and just the taste was unmemorable. Honestly not worth the wait. read more

Such good pizza! We waited in line for about 10-15 minutes but received our slices immediately after ordering/paying. Not a lot of space to eat in- so plan on take away. Delicious large slices of pizza! read more

Worth the wait! The line was out the door, but it moved quickly once we got in line. They are very efficient. Tried the vodka slice with hot honey, really good and the hot honey is a must try. The mushroom was great too and was a good veggie option. There was some seating inside but most was taken, we found some benches down the block to relax at. read more

New York style pizza in Dublin? Sure why not? I honestly went because of all of the social media hype on this place. This pizza stall was constantly on every social media platform and the lines seem to be out the door. Pro tip come early when they open, you'd get right in. At busier more prime eating times it looked like the wait could be a good while. I'm a smart foodie though so went when I saw no lines. Also in fairness my hotel was across the street so I had the luxury of keeping my eye on them for when they weren't busy. Everything about the ambiance is fun. Love the name and classic NY feel. They did a good job of making you feel like you're not eating in Ireland haha. The inside has a large menu for by the slice pizzas. You can only do takeaway here, no dining in. There aren't ample places to sit or anything like that. So don't come here if it's raining or else you'll be walking around with soggy pizza. Prices for a slice were about $6 or so American dollars I believe it came to. They also had some special slices for a deal. All in all the pizza was 4 stars all day long. It's definitely a good thin slice NY style pizza that feels like a treasure being out of the states. Now comparable to the states, this didn't taste artificial enough haha. Go figure. The cheese wasn't as gooey and a little more firm. The pepperonis also had a more "genuine meat" flavor unlike our overly processed meats back home. It was a good bite and tasty for sure. It's a fun place to come so you can say you've been once but I wouldn't say it met all of the social media hype. Cute concept and good execution, I'm glad I tried it. read more
Bambinos pizza is worth the wait!! We ordered the Hot Pep pizza with hot honey, and if you love pizza with a kick, this is the place for you. No need to fly to Italy to get some great pizza, because this place will do just the trick. If you are in Dublin on a nice sunny day, I would definitely recommend getting a whole pizza and head to the park nearby for a nice picnic as the store itself is pretty small. read more

For warmed up pizza by the slice, it is surprisingly good. The line was out the door so we had to find out if it was worth it. The order taker at the till was friendly and it was obvious he had the people skills of the operation. The expediter was calling numbers and handing out the finished orders. The pizza chefs were in their own world in the back, busy fingering the par baked whole pizzas, cutting, then reheating, and fingering the slices again onto paper plates. By fingering I mean they were touching the finished pizza crust with their bare hands. Maybe my serve safe training is making me biased here. Pizza variety includes NY style and square focaccia Sicilian-esq. Scoring 4.5 and rounding down. Limited places to stand and eat inside, and if you're outside there are some common benches nearby but the seagulls are sometimes on the hunt for food so be careful. read more
Stopped here for a quick bite one night. Although they were not selling pies they were selling by the slice, which was fine with us. The pizza is delicious! It's a little too greasy for my taste but good, nonetheless. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. We had our gigantic slices in no time considering the amount of people that were there. The seating is extremely limited with a few bar seats and some benches outside. Overall, this is a good place for a quick bite. Enjoy. read more

We went during St. Paddy's which was the wrong move BUT it was well worth the wait. I want everyone to know I wasn't drunk so my judgment was not clouded at all. This was one of the best pizzas I had in a while! The menu was limited to the busy holiday but omg it was amazing. We bought garlic sauce for the crust and it was the perfect touch! The staff was so nice despite how busy it was and the service was rather quick despite the line. The vibe was very NY and we will definitely be back when we're in Ireland. read more

I heard this place has the best pizza in Dublin and it did not disappoint. The best slice is the hot pepperoni. It has jalapeños, pepperoni, and hot honey . The sausage and peppers slice was yummy too. The pizza is very crispy and the slices are huge. The meal deal is nice. 2 slices and a drink for €13 is a great deal. Today's special was potato pizza which was fun to try but it wasn't nearly as good as the other slices of pizza. read more

Amazing pizza in Dublin? I know it seems crazy, but everything you've seen on TikTok and Instagram is true! We were determined NOT to have pizza on our trip to Ireland but changed our minds after several locals we met at a pub said it was not to be missed. The line was out the door when we showed up, but it moved quickly. The special- two slices and a drink for €13- was a great deal and opportunity to try different flavors. This is NY style pizza, and honestly it's better than any I've had in NY! It has a wood-fired, crispy thin crust, nice ratio of sauce-cheese-toppings, and is perfect for folding. I honestly also love Neapolitan pizza as well, and my husband prefers that, so this was not doing as much for him, but even he agreed it was excellent. If you're in the mood for NY style pizza while in Dublin, this is the place to go! read more

Look, I swore I wasn't going to get Italian in Ireland, but this place was blowing up my TikTok. I stepped in and was swarmed by a crowd of people in this narrow brick store, tourists of every nationality poured over the succinct menu. They had a special of any 2 slices of pizza and get a free drink, which the cashier was kind enough to remind me of when I put in my order of a Burrata square and a meatball slice. I deposited the drink to my husband who was waiting outside in the built in bench seating at the front of the store. It was barely 6pm, and I arrived back inside to find out mine was the last of 3 Burrata slices being sold (great!) It was good. And not, "good enough for not being in NYC", but properly good. I'm a Sicilian pizza girl, and my Burrata slice had a perfect crust to sauce ratio, the bottom was beautiful cooked and the Burrata was still fresh tasting! My husband loved his giant meatball slice and said it was some of the best pizza he'd had. Highly recommend grabbing a slice after a few pints, sitting outside and enjoying the parade of revelry that unfurls on Dublin streets at night! read more
During a recent visit to Dublin we stayed in a hotel around the corner from Bambino and every time we walked by they were full. Curiosity eventually got the best of us and we grabbed a few slices on our last night. They were just as good as at home if not better. You also couldn't beat the prices. read more

Catching up on Yelp reviews as I visited Bambino back in October. If you are craving NYC style pizza, then Bambino is the right place! Obviously named after the legendary Babe Ruth. The line was out the door when I visited on a Friday night after a night of drinking. However, I thought the line moved pretty fast and I was able to get my pizza in about 15 minutes. The place is pretty small so it's best to take your food to go. I ordered two slices of pepperoni and I thought they were great! Crust was super crispy, cheese had great flavor, sauce was hearty and tangy, and the pepperoni had some good spice. Price was cheap at about €4.5 a slice. Overall, Bambino is a great late night spot for NYC style slices. Crust: 7 Cheese: 9 Sauce: 7 Toppings: 7 Overall: 7.5 read more
