When I asked about the time, there was a significant language barrier, so he used a translation app and informed me it was actually an hour-long session. I reiterated that I had specifically requested and agreed to 30 minutes, at which point he stopped the massage. When I got to the register, I was charged for the full hour. Frustrated and just wanting to leave, I paid the bill. During checkout, the guy aggressively pushed for a tip--even though tips are optional--standing there, laughing sarcastically, and talking about me to another employee when I declined to tip due to the poor service and billing issue. **It feels like this business takes advantage of customers with unclear pricing or communication barriers.
