I showed her on the paper where it clearly said what I wanted it to say. She told me someone else did it and just forgot. She then told me they can squeeze it in there but I'll have to wait for other orders to be finished first! Didn't even offer a refund for screwing up a gift that was given to me. I just turned around and walked out before I caused a scene. Some people are so rotten. It's not my fault you have an entry level job!
