When I called to ask the company a different question about my order, the customer service basically said, "I don't know. The system is automated so I don't know." Zeek who is one of the owners took his time with us and explained how to do it, and how the more pictures you use the less area you have for words. He stayed long after he closed to work with us. Then he took the stuff home with him and worked on it that evening and was able to send us the preliminary picture for our approval this morning! We had 1 word that we wanted to change but it had already been sent off because my daughter approved them before we got to see them. He was even able to pull some strings and get that changed!
