I've always liked Banana Republic style. Perhaps too much beige as of late, but still, some of their pieces are fabulous. The jackets and hats especially. I do understand another reviews comment about quality. Some items are much better quality than others. Prices are high, even for an outlet. This year's men's shirts seem to be all slim fit. As are the men's pants. Where as ladies pants are wide leg. Plenty of items for men and women. The entire store was 50% off when we visited in March. Sadly we didn't find anything this visit. While located in an outlets location it's actually much more expensive than the offocial website of Banana Republic Factory (50% off in store, but 60% off stacked with 20% off online). They don't do price matches unless you drive 1 hour there in person. Definitely a scam and -- stay away from buying anything in-store. read more

I absolutely love Banana Republic Factory clothes. I already bought about 21pieces from them and always completely satisfied. Their clothes are of good quality. I love that not all their clothes are made of polyester and Ryan. I also love that they have Petite size clothes and not just Tall. I absolutely also Love that we can choose whether we want UPS to deliver our package at our house or their closest location delivery point which is CVS. Banana Republic Factory keeps us informed step by step where our package is untill it arrives. Best Clothing online store ever! read more

I used to like the Banana Republic brand, but the quality has fallen quite far over the years. I had a lot of BR clothes and a wallet that lasted me for nearly 20 years, but those days are gone. Now, the quality is inconsistent at best. Granted, this is a factory outlet so my expectations are a little lower, but it still reflects in the brand. This store always seems to be a mess, with clothes in piles and on the floor. It's usually pretty crowded but better effort should be made to keeping it organized. This is one of the better Banana Republic Factory Store I been to. At least for the petite section, it is well stocked and and neat. I ended up picking up some work clothes... not dirt cheap but reasonable. Service though definitely lacking, the staffs never really works the floor and see if any customers needs any help...and the store was really quiet when I was there! read more

Love this location! I have been to other outlets in MA and I will say this one is worth the drive. The location is big, clean, well organized and stocked. The staff was phenomenal! They were able to confirm an item in the store when I called and had it ready for me at pick up. I was able to make my returns faster and easier than any other location I have been to. The dressing rooms were well lit and clean as well and they had a their discounted section organized by color which was nicely presented. Despite having many customers there and clearly being busy, I could tell the team members were communicating well with each other and from the wonderful man who was greeting guests at the door and being the first point of guidance (something other locations haven't continued) to the cashier who was so friendly and skilled, I left with a renewed happiness in shopping at Banana Republic Factory. I will definitely be going to this location over others. read more

Last night I was putting away my bag o' purchases from the weekend. I love the fact that I can go here and get a full bag of clothes for less than a pair of pants in the non-outlet version of this store. So, I start to hang up the two pairs of pants and four shirts I bought and realize I have a leftover shirt hanger. Purchased four shirts, came home with three. Damn. With the outlets being 40 plus miles away I was dreading having to go back there. Today I call them and explain the situation, it was a slightly longer phone call than I wanted, but they didn't give me a hard time at all and given my distance from the store, they are mailing the shirt to me. I was shocked, and relieved. I am hoping that all will go smoothly and do not have to update this review in the future... With this customer service I would give them five stars. But due to the ridiculous wait for the fitting rooms and to pay at the registers, I had to subtract one star. read more

Some of the worst service I have ever experienced. There were about 5 people walking the floor and exactly 7 people behind the checkout counter. There was one woman paying for her clothes while the other 6 people behind the counter were just standing around. There were 2 young women in front of me in line and we were looking around wondering what was going on. Can none of the 6 people wait on us? There were almost as many employees as customers in the store. There should not be a wait. As far as the store goes they generally have a good selection and great prices. I have to agree with Bella's review: the prices aren't as great as the deals one can find elsewhere on the outlet front: I believe it's $45-60 for pants on the men's end, and other stuff is also on the pricey side. Decent deals can be found, and I've found them in the past, but usually it's too much of a hassle. Besides, their website has much better deals if you can find the sizes you're looking for (pants for $30, and I was able to pick up a sweet leather blazer for about 50-60% off retail. Score!) The lines are atrocious as well: while the Gap outlet (which is generally set up in the same way) and the other major outlets seem to be able to move people out relatively quickly, the Banana Republic lines stretch out beyond the roped area, into the general shopping area. Maybe it's just really popular, but at the same time, it shouldn't be that atrocious. Overall, the deals are out there, and you can probably save if you look hard enough, but it's definitely a major hassle. read more

The sales were MAJOR this past weekend. I racked up on khakis for my boyfriend. They were all buy one get one free! You can't beat that with a stick. The store was packed and the lines were long, but they moved pretty darned fast. read more

I like generic ever-changing catalog-woman style of Banana for my conservative work clothes (I have a job that requires a more or less boring wardrobe), but I also need the clothes to be cheap. So I pop in here when in Wrentham. Watch out: huge lines; HUGE. Be prepared to grab and pay and not try stuff on, lest you become frustrated out of your wits. read more

The prices really aren't that great for an outlet store. Pants for $60, tops for $30 and up, Dresses for $60 and up. But I suppose it is slightly cheaper than the retail store. The line for the fitting room is out of control and this was on a weekday. I can only imagine the line on weekends and holidays. They should easily have double, if not triple the space allotted for a fitting area. Then once you finally finish trying things on, if you actually want to buy anything be prepared to wait in another long line. There are only about 4 or 5 registers. The store is in need of a redesign. But if you come with that in mind, and have 3-4 hours to blow through, they have some decent clothing. read more

The store is huge and always crowded with soul crushing long lines to get into the fitting room. The mens selection is usually pretty good and most days literally everything in the store is at least 30% off whatever the outlet sticker price is. Most of the clothes are really awful colors or patterns or there are buttons and seams where there clearly shouldn't be, but occasionally you can find some decent stuff at a really good deal. read more

When I go to this store, I either have really great luck or I come out with nothing. It's one of the more popular stores at the outlets. It's on the main drag, so it is not hard to miss. The store is relatively clean during the week, but on the weekends, it is a different story. It looks like a war zone. long lines in the co-ed fitting rooms & check out line, but I have to say, the check out line does move fast. They have great bargains when you hit it just right and the clothes are usually made for the outlet, so you really aren't going to find any items from the retail store here. read more
