While shopping, the customer service that we received by the entire staff was excellent. She felt welcomed instantly and free to ask any questions. If you are looking for plus size clothing at an affordable price, this is the shop! She wanted to try everything on at the place, and even though I was tired of waiting by the fitting room, I was happy seeing her smile by fitting on to clothes that fit her well. 10/10 experience. Also, if you plan on shopping there often, you get 40% off when you first sign up for a credit card. No fees! Definitely worth it if you plan on visiting frequently.

First of all I must mention how absolutely wonderful the staff are at this location. They are all so thoughtful and helpful. We were greeted shortly after entering the shop, asked if we were looking for anything in particular and immediately they set to work with ideas. I found a sweater for layering but wasn't sure if it was right. They offered to hold it while I continued to look. In the end I returned for the sweater and bought another layering article that was too cute to leave. Nice clothes. Lovely staff. Definitely worth a look.

I did not feel welcomed at the store at all - very unfriendly vibe. Second. I ordered 7 items online (total of 3 packages) but was given only 2 packages. I almost walked out of the store just to realize my entire order were not given to me! Thirdly, one of the items I brought did not have a tag on it; may be it was a returned product? Finally, I was very surprised that one of the "final sale" items had lower price in the store. I learnt today, that at JCREW Factory online "Final sale" prices are misleading and are NOT the lowest price i.e. I paid 30 percent more online on " FINAL SALE"!! compared to price in store. So buyer beware!!

I gave my phone number while paying and she said no coupons and started scanning the items. My sister was with me and asked if she can try her number and she said no it's too late since she started scanning. Then we got to $77 total so we wanted to look for more things to buy because we had $20 off $100 and again rudely they said no we can't. It wasn't even a busy day. There was only one other customer in the store. Very disappointing and it's kind of encouraging people to shop online instead of browsing a store. The people working there need to be trained on customer service. I don't think our ask was too hard.

The prices are really good for what they have to offer here and there are also some clearance racks with even lower prices that what you'll see in the other areas of the store. You really do have to dig a little with the clearance racks but if you have the time to do it you'll come up with some really good stuff. When I was there and I entered the dressing room there was some clothing scattered about but as I was trying on my items a sales clerk did come into the fitting room and started to gather up all the clothing that people had left behind. I had absolutely no trouble finding the items I was interested in in my size. They have an extensive variety of clothing here. There was a bit of a line at the registers but for the deals that I got on my purchases it was well worth the wait. I'd recommend shopping here during the weekdays because on the weekends it does get extremely busy here. I've been here at both times and I have found that I am in and out of the store quicker when I shop here on a weekday.
