Same lady has been very rude, again looks at me with a mean stare and treats you like your less than her or not on her level.. this is not customer service and the check was written right was nothing wrong with the check my mother is elderly and disabled and the only reason it look A little sloppy was because of that fact I'm sure a lot of checks come in that you can barely read and this one was plain as day.. I was supposed to be put on my mother's account this week when we went up there together because my mother is unable to manage her finances on her own anymore and they told me I am not on her account and we sat in there 2 hours with that lady when she was supposed to put me on the account and didn't. And then it's 15 minutes before they close and they tell me they can't take that so I can't go back home and get another check and come back because I won't have enough time this really messes people up I was about to open an account with regions and I promise you I will never do that and anyone I ever hear with regions I promise I will talk them into getting out of this Bank rude people and ain't no one better than the next person.. When we really needed them to help us fill out our application to borrow money from SBA loan , Hancock Whitney Bank informed us that the first round of money from Federal Government Money was gone and they are no longer accepting Applications , I asked if we could go ahead and fill out application for the next round of money , they told us no !! Hancock Whitney Bank is more then happy to help you during times that are Good , but when times are hard such as during the Corona 19 Virius , Hancock Whitney Bank will let Suffocate and lose all that you have worked hard to have , my Advice to all that Read this , Go to Community Bank and Open an Account , they Helped us prepare our needed loan Documents , we did not even have acct there , we do now , and will be closing our accts at Hancock Whitney Bank .
