Nice people but antiquated system in place here. We had a potential fraudulent charge on our card, and since they don't post charges on weekends or holidays, we see the amount but don't know where or when it was run. They recommended we call their 888 number which left us holding for an hour with no one to help. Nice place to bank with unless you have an issue. Then it really starts to suck. read more
