About halfway through the process, the grantor was rushed to the hospital and his prognosis was uncertain. One star is one too many…read more We retained Attorney Ira Wiesner for a Florida estate matter in June of 2021. The process was incredibly slow and frustrating- which may well be "the process." In fairness, it is hard to say when you're grieving and helping to manage a loved one's affairs. However, the law firm failed to respond to phone calls or emails for updates- including requests from the attorney that referred us. This is unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. When Wiesner Law repeatedly failed to meet their own deadlines after 3 months, we severed ties and asked for an itemized list of billable hours. We never received a response.
