I went to the store to present my problem today and I was essentially "dismissed" by one of the sales persons. She stated there had never been a problem with that product. She did not recommend that I bring it into the shop so they could evaluate it. She completely dismissed the idea that they might inadvertently sell a defective product in the store. This was an expensive item which will have to be discarded. They clearly do not stand behind the products they sell. Never again!! If I could give this owner a ZERO, I would!!!l. The arrogance here is stunning!
