Terrible experience! Bought a new house and Heat/AC was dead. Technician came and found a blown…read morefuse and replaced it without determining the cause. Charged over $230. Still I had some confidence in this vendor. The Heat/AC failed again in the same way. I also needed some plumbing services so I opted to get a membership at the premium l level thinking this would get me better/faster service. They immediately charged my card the same day. They sent another technician the next day. He found the reason for the blown fuse, but he pulled out the disconnect for the power and tried to insert it backward. Then he claimed the part was broken. So, he said it would cost over $500 to replace the part. He showed me my discount, for my membership would be $2 on that work. Actually the discount was supposed to be 15%. How does that math work out? On top of that, he said he had to go to another job. The premium level membership was supposed to give me priority scheduling. And this technician had to leave me with a broken Heat and the temperatures were to drop down to freezing. He could not fix the problem! I later found out the part that he claimed was broken only cost $29 at Amazon. The quote that technician presented me did not break down labor and parts to reach $500. He said he could not get me that. Then I looked at the power disconnect and discovered he was wrong about it being broken and he was only inserting it reversed. And they wanted me to pay over $500 to fix something that wasn't broken! The next day I called and told them I wanted to cancel the membership. They fought back and tried to stall, but when I stood firm, they said it would take 10 business days to process a refund. Imagine that - they could charge my card for the membership immediately the same day but it would take 10 business days to get a refund! Absurd! Well, 11 business days later I still had no refund. So, I called again. And, they still kept stalling. They hemmed and hawed. I next had to dispute the charge with my credit card. Don't touch this company!

The air conditioning system failed. Another company had replaced a evaporator coil inside the house…read morea few months back but that wasn't the entire problem. Another company replaced the start capacitor at the motor outside on the compressor. That helped but didn't solve the problem. As it turned out the electric motor was bad and it failed to start. The inside fan blew air but it wasn't cold. Long story nauseating after a very quick house call to diagnose the problem an electric motor was ordered and installed the next day. Fantastic service start to finish. They only charged me for the one service call. I thought that was very generous after all they made two trips. I can not recommend these guys more highly. The technician barely inspected under the sink, spent time outside on the phone, and then told us we needed new pipes costing over $1,000. No effort was made to snake or clear the clog, and the explanation given (possible frozen pipes) didn't make sense, especially since other sinks in our home were working fine. He even seemed surprised when we told him our bathroom drains had no issues. Later the day, we hired another plumber who quickly identified the real problem, cleaned the line properly, and fixed the issue completely. This experience felt rushed, dismissive, and sales-driven. I would strongly suggest getting a second opinion before agreeing to any major work from this company. The classic bad-service/upsell-heavy visit was a major red flag. Will not be using again.

They replaced it, but said my variable speed motor was more expensive than most. They charged me over $1400 for the motor. This motor is available online new for $450 (free shipping) - $1000 markup! The motor is a Genteq ECM EON 1 HP Blower Motor 5SBA39RLV5504. Just as bad as a auto repair shop nowadays.

We called for them to send the video to us so we could do it and still got no help. Now I sit 42 days without Air. Sad how some companies treat US Veterans. I served 21 years and couldn't even get this company to work with me and help. This company is all about the money and not the community to which it earns it's dollar. Stay clear.
