We found this vet, and said let's give it a try! We took our male bunny here to find out his gender. We had previously thought it was a girl. Our vet, Dr. Medders was so kind! She examined him quickly and clipped his toenails. She later on neutered him. She cares much about your pet's health. Our female, was brought here because of a broken foot. Dr. Medders calmed us down from fear to assurance. Her foot healed on its own! The surgeon was very educated about bunnies. We love this vet SO much. This vet also takes exotic animals including Bearded Dragons! This veterinarian's office is slightly hard to get to. Go through the pathway next to the car wash and you'll be there! The office is clean and the vets enjoy cuddling and comforting your pets! They loved how playful our male bunny was, and how cuddly our female was! So come here!

They're Super caring and they have upmost empathy when your dealing with any situation. Their love for animals really shows with their dedication to doing everything they can without running unnecessary test to just add to your bill. Compared to the other vets in the area I've tried, they are affordable and super knowledgeable! I love that about them! The techs are wonderful and their office staff are awesome too!!! I was taking her to another vet and hated it as much as she did. It was very traumatic and I was frustrated my concerns were not being taken seriously. The first time I took my dog to Williams Animal Clinic she acted completely different. She was not relaxed but was clearly much more at ease then the other vet. Within two minutes of me explaining my concerns and a quick exam he diagnosed her. I am also easy to over react. I have called many times freaking out if my dog got into something I didn't know if she could have. Brooke has calmed me down many times. She is great and has a real connection with each pet that walks in the door, as does Dr. Williams. I have been to places that don't have this and it does make a differences. I fully recommend Williams Animal Clinic.

Notice how almost every bad review that mill creek and briarwood animal hospital has, mentions Dr. Jones name and all of the reviews have similar complaints about her. You would think this vet office would have enough common sense and care of their patients and staff to do something about that. It is one thing for a doctor to be stern and direct but just flat out mean and hurtful to people is uncalled for.
